Jon Brooks

Jon Brooks is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in customer success, business development, and project management across various technology and service industries. Currently serving as an Advisor & Customer Success Leader at Bishop Ranch Intelligence Innovation Accelerator since February 2017, Jon has played a pivotal role in helping startups secure over $60 million in funding. In August 2023, Jon took on the role of Head of Customer Success & Hospitality at AL BROOKS ROSE BOWL TOURS INC, focusing on enhancing customer support and hospitality for the 80-year-old family business. Previous positions include significant leadership roles at SewerAI, Loop Commerce, Webcollage, and Sellpoints, Inc., where Jon demonstrated a consistent track record of driving customer engagement, operational efficiency, and revenue growth. Jon holds a BFA in Graphic Design from the University of the Pacific.
