Yaiza Zambrano Maeztu

Yaiza Zambrano Maeztu has a diverse work experience, beginning with an internship in the Legal Department at IKEA Group in 2013. Yaiza then moved on to become a Customer Service Coordinator at PlayStation Network in 2014. In 2016, they became a Key Account Manager at Gafas.es and Head of Opt Controlling & Performance at brillen.de by SuperVista AG. In 2017, they were appointed as Dept. Country Manager at Gafas.es by SuperVista AG. Finally, in 2021, they became Director of International Expansion at SuperVista AG, where they developed the right set up in different countries to meet the HQ expansion standards and defined and implemented strategies on how to build the team, opportunities, KPIs and daily operations.

Yaiza Zambrano Maeztu obtained their Master in Professional and Human Leadership from Universidad Francisco de Vitoria between 2007 and 2013. Yaiza also completed an Excellens Program with a Double Degree in Bilingual Business Management and Law from the same university during the same time period. In 2012 and 2013, they completed an Erasmus program at Ichec Brussels Management School, obtaining a Business-Management Degree. Additionally, they obtained a Goethe-Goethe-Zertifikat B1 from the Goethe Institut in June 2014, and a First Certificate in English in June 2006.
