Paola Martinez

Paola Martinez is a seasoned professional in product management and user research with extensive experience across various organizations. Currently serving as a Senior Product Manager focusing on User Motivation at Brilliant.org since August 2022, Paola previously held the position of Product Manager at Outschool from October 2021 to July 2022. Earlier roles include involvement in product and user research at Schmidt Futures, where Paola participated in the Impact Fellowship and the Rise Scholarship Program from April 2020 to July 2021. Experience also includes a design role at the Hasso Plattner Institute of Design at Stanford (d.school) in 2020 and a Mayfield Fellow position with the Stanford Technology Ventures Program from March 2019 to December 2019. Paola holds an MS in Management Science and Engineering and a BS in Computer Science, both from Stanford University, as well as foundational education from the American School Foundation of Monterrey.
