Leslie Hubbard-Darr

As the Vice President, Strategic Growth at Brillient Corporation, Ms. Hubbard-Darr is responsible for supporting business development within our Digital Transformation line of business, with a focus on our Federal Civilian and National Security Divisions. Leslie has more than 30 years of corporate development, technical leadership, and program management experience, which includes building and leading both commercial and federal services business units exceeding $800M in contracts and more than 40 direct reports.

Prior to joining Brillient, Leslie was a Director for CGI Federal, a wholly-owned subsidiary of CGI, Inc., a global Systems Integrator. As an executive management team member, she was focused on the end-to-end business development and capture process, leading account teams in their pursuit of large-scale deals across the federal government. In this role, Leslie led her teams in winning several single and multi-award IDIQs and BPAs exceeding $1B, including three single-award BPAs exceeding $100M. Prior to joining TeraThink, acquired by CGI Federal in March 2020, Leslie was the President and CEO of a woman-owned small business management consulting firm focused on strategic planning, performance management, and financial management within the Department of Homeland Security (DHS), Department of Justice (DOJ), and the Intelligence Community (IC). Leslie led and grew the company and oversaw all aspects of the business over its eleven-year life, including engaging in M&A activities leading to its sale in 2017. Previously, as a Senior Manager for BearingPoint, Leslie led and developed teams within the Department of Defense, IC, DHS, and DOJ. Prior to moving into management consulting in the systems integrator space in 1999, Leslie was the CFO of an $800M credit union.
