Brijitha Vijayan

Brijitha Vijayan has been working in the IT industry since 2011. Brijitha began their career at ISGN as a Sr Analyst, where they reviewed Credit/Income/Asset/Property documents and underwrote loans. Brijitha provided support and assistance to new hires during training and on the job, as well as conducted post closing audits. In 2013, they joined Sutherland Global Services as a Team Manager, where they were responsible for motivating and monitoring staff, ensuring that performance and quality standards were met, and addressing any gaps in performance or quality. In 2014, they became the Owner of Ragazza. In 2016, they joined Cognizant Technology Solutions as a Test Lead. Currently, they are a Business Analyst at Brimma Tech, Inc.

Brijitha Vijayan obtained a Post Graduate Diploma in Computer Application from IHRD Medical College in Trivandrum in 2003. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Science in Zoology/Animal Biology from University College in Trivandrum in 2001.
