Rtn. Sharmila Divatia is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in leadership and management roles across various organizations. Currently serving as Vice President of RC Vadodara Heritage and The Rotary Foundation Technical Cadre, and as President of RC Vadodara Heritage, Sharmila also holds positions as Country Chair for G100: Mission Million and President of the WICCI (Women’s Indian Chamber of Commerce and Industry) State Council for Special Needs. As Managing Director of Vardaan4u and Co-Founder of BRINGLEverse, Sharmila demonstrates a strong entrepreneurial spirit. With prior experience as Associate Vice President at Aegis Global, Sr. Software Analyst at Silverline Technologies, and Sr. Systems Engineer at dde ORG Systems Limited, Sharmila has significant expertise in quality management, project management, and software development. Academically, Sharmila holds multiple degrees, including an MBA in Operations and a Diploma in Computer Management, and has completed a certificate in Entrepreneurship from the Indian Institute of Management Bangalore.
