Aurora Rosas has over a decade of experience in human resources and talent development, currently serving as Senior Director of Talent Development & Inclusion at Brinker International since December 2012. Aurora has held various roles within the organization, focusing on employee relations, guest engagement, and workforce planning, contributing to business success through team member engagement and learning development strategies. Previously, Aurora worked at ITT Technical Institute as a Community Relations Specialist and a Career Services Specialist, and at Snelling Professional Services and ABLEST INC. in recruitment and operational management roles. Aurora holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Human Resources Management from Texas Woman's University and an Associate of Science in Business Administration from Richland Community College.
