Kirk Simon

Kirk Simon has extensive experience in facilities management, having worked at Brinker International since 2006 as a Regional Facilities Manager. In this role, Kirk is responsible for validating the condition of building components, managing project scopes, and overseeing national vendor relationships. Prior to their current role, Kirk worked at Luby's Inc. as a Facilities Manager, where Kirk managed multiple regions, implemented a dispatch center, and oversaw the upgrade of kitchen equipment. Kirk also played a key role in budget preparation and personnel hiring.
