Dan Miller, M.A. HRM has a diverse work history spanning over several decades. Dan began their career at Ecolab as an Accountant in 1986 before moving on to BENCKISER, where they held multiple financial roles, including Financial Controller and Accounting and Payroll Manager. In 2001, they joined Ryan Companies US, Inc., initially as an Assistant Controller and later transitioning to Director and Senior Director of Human Resources. In 2018, they became the Director of Human Resources and Talent Development at Brinkman Construction. Currently, alongside their role at Brinkman Construction, Dan also serves as a Certified Life, Career, and Leadership Coach at BridgeWise Coaching. Additionally, they are the Board President at 3Hopeful Hearts. Dan'swork experience has provided him with a solid foundation in finance and human resources, along with a passion for supporting mental and emotional health in a corporate setting.
Dan Miller, M.A. HRM completed their Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Sacred Heart University from 1997 to 2000, with a focus on Business. In 2007 to 2009, they pursued their Master of Arts in Human Resource Management at Saint Mary's University of Minnesota. Recently, in 2021, they enrolled in the Health Coach Institute to obtain a Health and Life Coach Certification, specializing in Health and Life Coaching.
Aside from their academic achievements, Dan Miller also obtained additional certifications. In 2010, they received a Coaching Certification from the Emerging Leaders Association. In 2022, they became a Certified Life and Career Coach through the Health Coach Institute. Furthermore, in 2023, they became a Founding Member of Fort Collins Guys for Good, a position they obtained at Grapevine.
