Joni Chapas

Joni Chapas has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles.

Joni started their career at Alltel Communications, Inc. and ALLTEL Information Services in 1995 as a Project Manager, where they worked until 2006.

In 1995, they also joined Windstream Enterprise as a Project Manager II and continued in various positions within the company, eventually becoming the Vice President of IT Solutions Management. Joni worked at Windstream Enterprise until 2019.

In 2019, they joined Solutions Delivery Consulting as a Principal and later that year, they also started working at Brinks Home. At Brinks Home, they held the positions of Senior Director - PMO and Vice President - Field Service Operations. Currently, they are the Vice President - IT Planning & Dev Ops at Brinks Home.

Joni Chapas holds a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Mathematics from Grove City College, which was obtained between 1990 and 1994. Joni has also pursued further education, earning a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from The University of Arizona Global Campus, which was completed between 2022 and 2023. Additionally, Joni Chapas has obtained certifications in CSM (Certified ScrumMaster) from Scrum Alliance in October 2016 and PMP (Project Management Professional) from the Project Management Institute in March 2007.
