Gustavo Viano

Gustavo (Gus) Viano has extensive experience in diversity, equity, and inclusion roles. Gustavo (Gus) currently serves as the Vice President of Global Diversity, Equity & Inclusion at Brink's Inc. Prior to this, they held the position of Director of Diversity & Inclusion at PwC. From 2016 to 2019, they were the Head of Global Inclusion and Diversity at Cummins Inc. Additionally, they have also worked at McDonald's Corporation, where they held various roles, including Director of Global Diversity, Inclusion & Community Relations, Regional Human Resources Director/LATAM, and Director of Human Resources Division.

Gustavo (Gus) Viano has a Master's degree in Psychotherapy from Drexel University. Gustavo (Gus) studied Organizational Development at DePaul University and obtained a degree in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration from Villanova University. Gustavo (Gus) also pursued Human Resources SPHR at The University of Dallas.
