Jennifer Amy has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Jennifer is currently working at Brink's Inc as the Vice President Global Talent Management and Learning. Prior to that, they held positions such as Senior Director and Director of Talent Management at the same company.

Before joining Brink's Inc, Jennifer owned and served as the Principal Consultant and Executive Coach at ACS Human Development, where they focused on unleashing individuals' inner potential for learning and growth.

Jennifer also worked at Willow Path Consulting as the HR Organizational Development Regional Senior Manager, responsible for expanding the company's presence in Latin America and Dallas. Jennifer used their personal and professional experience in the region to deliver customized workshops and help individuals discover their strengths.

In their earlier career, Jennifer worked at Sabre Corporation as the Global Organization and Talent Development Leader for the LAC region-HR. Jennifer was involved in various projects, including performance management, instructional design, and leadership programs. Jennifer also served as a Technical Recruiter's Regional Leader backup and provided support in talent acquisition and recruitment processes.

Jennifer began their career as a Third Purser Trainee at Royal Caribbean Cruises, Ltd. and later worked at The Walt Disney Company in a role at Columbia Harbour House in Magic Kingdom.

Jennifer Amy has a varied education history. Jennifer obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Law from the Universidad de la Empresa in 2012. Jennifer then pursued a Master's Degree in Human Resources and Organizational Development from the Universidad Internacional Iberoamericana (UNINI PR) from 2014 to 2017. In 2022, they completed a program called The Talent Management Institute at the UNC Kenan-Flagler Business School.
