Patricia Urban

Patricia Urban has held a number of roles in the Human Resources field since 2006. Patricia began their career at Scranton Gillette Communications, Inc. as an HR & Facilities Assistant. Patricia then moved to Hub Group, where they served as a Human Resources Administrator, Coordinator, and Manager. In 2012, they joined DeVry University as a Human Resources Business Partner and Director of HR Consulting. In 2017, they were hired as the Director of Human Resources at Becker Professional Education. In 2021, they joined Adtalem Global Education as the Director of Talent Acquisition-Financial Services, and later in the same year, they became the Director of People at AArete. Most recently, Patricia was appointed as the VP of People at Briogeo Hair Care.

Patricia Urban has a Master's Degree with Distinction in Human Resource Management from Keller Graduate School of Management of DeVry University, which they obtained in 2019. Patricia also has a B.S. in Management with an emphasis in Human Resources from Northern Illinois University, which they obtained in 2006. In addition, they have obtained four certifications: a Diversity, Equity and Inclusion in the Workplace Certificate from USF Corporate Training and Professional Education in 2021, a Diversity, Inclusion, and Belonging Certificate from LinkedIn in 2021, an Unconscious Bias Certificate from LinkedIn in 2021, and a Forte' Communication Style Feedback Certificate from The Forté Institute in 2014.
