Amanda Webb has extensive experience in personal excellence, wellbeing, and accounting within the sports and fitness sectors. Currently serving as the Personal Excellence & Wellbeing Coordinator and Manager for the Brisbane Lions since August 2010, Amanda is responsible for managing programs that support player welfare and coordinating NEAFL team operations. Additionally, Amanda has served as an Accounts Payable Officer, handling various financial tasks and improving processes. With a background in group fitness instruction at Goodlife Health Clubs and extensive experience in accounts payable at Zest Health Clubs, Amanda's educational qualifications include a Diploma of Counselling and several certifications related to mental health and workplace safety.

The Brisbane Lions are an Australian Rules Football Club which participates in the Australian Football League (AFL) and was formed from the merger of the Brisbane Bears and the Fitzroy Lions in 1996. The club appeared in four consecutive AFL Grand Finals between 2001 and 2004, winning three (2001, 2002 and 2003) to become one of the most successful teams of the modern era. They also boast one of the most successful AFLW teams since the competitions inception, playing in four grand finals, and winning one Premiership in 2021.
