Shefali Desai

Shefali Desai has extensive experience in talent acquisition and human resources. Shefali currently holds the role of Global Head of Talent Acquisition at Bristlecone. Prior to this, they served as the Human Resources and Talent Acquisition Leader for India at NortonLifeLock from 2019 to 2021. Shefali also worked as the Director of Talent Acquisition and Human Resources for India and APJ at Symantec Software from 2007 to 2021. Earlier in their career, Shefali held managerial positions at Tata Consultancy Services Limited and Tata Consultancy Services, where they focused on recruitment and human resources.

Shefali Desai completed their BA - Honours in Psychology from Delhi University between 1992-1995. Shefali then pursued a PGD-HRM in Human Resource from Symbiosis Institute of Management Studies from 1995-1997.
