Haley Hoang

Haley Hoang has a diverse work experience in the healthcare industry. Haley started their career as an LVN/QA/Coder at VN homecare in San Jose, CA from October 2006 to August 2008. Haley then worked as a Clinical Care Coordinator, Nurse LVN at Prohealth home care and hospice Inc. from October 2008 to September 2012. In 2016, they became a Clinical Nurse Manager RN, BSN, PHN at SOJOURN HOSPICE & PALLIATIVE CARE SAN JOSE, where they stayed until March 2020. From December 2019 to the present, they have been working as a Case Management Nurse, RN, BSN, PHN at the Regional Medical Center of San Jose. Finally, they took on the role of Director of Patient Care Services at Bristol Hospice in March 2020, where they currently work.

Haley Hoang completed their education from 1995 to 1997 at Sacramento City College, where they earned an AA degree in Practical Nursing, Vocational Nursing, and Nursing Assistants. Following their initial education, they attended the University of Phoenix from 2012 to 2016. At the University of Phoenix, they obtained a Bachelor of Applied Science (B.A.Sc.) degree with a focus on Registered Nursing/Registered Nurse.
