Adem Dika

Adem Dika is an experienced professional in supply chain management and packaging development, currently serving as the Director of Supply Chain: Digitization Excellent Serialization Operations & Data at Bristol-Myers Squibb since May 2007. In this role, Adem leads a global team to standardize technology and ensure the successful completion of serialization projects at both internal and external manufacturing sites. Prior to this, Adem held various positions including Associate Director of Packaging Development & Equipment and Principal Packaging Equipment Engineer at Barr Laboratories, and Senior Packaging Equipment Engineer at Pfizer. Adem's career began as a Supervisor of Mechanics at Pharma Tool Corp and included a Vice President role in Sales and Service at Uhlmann Packaging Systems. Adem holds a Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering from the Rochester Institute of Technology, earned between 1985 and 1990.
