Bruce Adami

Bruce Adami, MS, PMP, is an experienced leader in facilities and engineering within the biotechnology and pharmaceutical sectors. Currently serving as Director of Facilities and Engineering at Bristol Myers Squibb since June 2023, Bruce previously held key positions such as Engineering Site Head at Novartis Gene Therapies, where responsibilities included managing an engineering team and overseeing a substantial capital portfolio for gene therapy manufacturing. Bruce's extensive career spans roles at AveXis, Baxter International, Hospira, Abbott Laboratories, and Centocor R&D, where Bruce managed engineering projects, developed global standards, and led capital projects for various medical devices and biopharmaceutical equipment. Bruce holds both a Master’s and Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering from Iowa State University.
