Elvie Gee

Elvie Gee is an accomplished leader in Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) with extensive experience across several high-profile companies. Currently serving as Head of Global Inclusion & Diversity at Bristol Myers Squibb since June 2022, Elvie previously held the position of VP of Diversity, Equity & Inclusion at Liberty Mutual Insurance. Prior to that, Elvie led global D&I strategies at Johnson & Johnson, driving engagement and partnership initiatives for a workforce of 130,000 employees. Elvie's career includes strategic HR leadership roles at Ethicon Endo-Surgery and Johnson & Johnson Medical Products, as well as significant positions at Pharmascience and Marconi Communications. Elvie holds a Bachelor's of Commerce degree with a major in Human Resources Management and a minor in Psychology from Concordia University.
