Patrick Hagner

Patrick Hagner currently serves as Executive Director of Translational Medicine at Bristol Myers Squibb, where responsibilities include leading translational development laboratories in Cambridge, Lawrenceville, and Bangalore, supporting disease-level and late-stage drug programs across various therapeutic areas. Previously, Patrick held the position of Senior Director in the same field, where a team of over 15 Ph.D. scientists was established. Prior experience includes roles at Celgene from Scientist to Associate Director and a postdoctoral fellowship at Harvard Medical School focusing on protein structure and translation mechanisms. Patrick earned a Ph.D. in Oncology and Cancer Biology from the University of Maryland School of Medicine, a Master of Science in Molecular Biology from Towson University, and a Bachelor of Science in Biology from Gettysburg College.
