Damien Broad

Damien Broad is an accomplished football professional currently serving as the Assistant Academy Manager and Head of Coaching at Bristol Rovers Football Club since October 2022. In addition, Damien holds the position of Coach Developer at The Football Association and has been a Charity Ambassador for Show Racism the RED Card Wales since December 2017. Prior experience includes serving as Academy Manager and PDP U18 coach at Newport County AFC, 1st Team Manager at Pontypridd United Football Club, and various coaching roles at Bristol City Football Club and Manchester City Football Club. Damien's educational background includes a Master’s degree in Sports Management from the University of Portsmouth and a Bachelor of Science in Police Sciences from the University of South Wales.
