Gavin Sibbick

Gavin Sibbick has extensive experience in the finance and insurance industry. Gavin started their career as a Payroll Administrator at Deloitte in 2003 and later worked as an Accountant at Lloyd's of London from 2005 to 2011. In this role, they were responsible for preparing financial statements, conducting analysis on syndicate accounts, and assisting junior team members. Gavin then joined Liberty Specialty Markets in 2011, where they served as a Senior Syndicate Accountant and later as a Regulatory Reporting Manager. In these roles, they were responsible for completing return submissions to Lloyd's, assisting with group reporting, and managing regulatory returns. Since 2017, Gavin has been working at Brit Insurance as the Head of Regulatory Reporting until November 2023. Gavin is currently the Head of Finance Operations Development.

Gavin Sibbick attended the University of Surrey from 2001 to 2005, where they obtained a 2.1 BSc (Hons) degree in Mathematics & Business Studies.
