Frank Bryan

Frank Bryan is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in investment, energy, and entrepreneurship. Currently serving as Founding Partner at Halftone Investment Partners since November 2020, Frank also holds positions as Expert in Residence at BRITE Energy Innovators and Silver Connector for American-Made Challenges at the National Renewable Energy Laboratory. Frank actively contributes to the Cleantech Open as a Mentor and Judge, and serves on the Advisory Board for Mid Valley Power. Previous roles include Chief Financial Officer at REELY, Vice President of Risk at MP2 Energy LLC, and various positions at Reliant Energy, where risk management and portfolio strategy were key focuses. An experienced educator, Frank was a Teaching Assistant at UCLA Anderson School of Management, mentoring over 300 students in entrepreneurship-related courses. Frank holds an M.B.A. from UCLA Anderson School of Management and a degree from Mays Business School at Texas A&M University.
