Head of DACH at Brite Payments

Max Wolke has a diverse work experience in various industries. 🌥Max started their career by working in Codio, an EdTech startup, where they developed marketing strategies, refined the business model, and pitched for additional funding.

Following Codio, Max joined the Cabinet Office as a Commercial Negotiator, engaging directly with strategic suppliers and driving value from major contracts.

Later, they worked at EY as a Consultant and then as a Manager in the Strategy & Innovation department, contributing to growth and innovation projects.

Max then joined Fahrenheit 212, a global innovation, strategy, and design firm, where they led the Commercial Strategy capability for the DACH region. 🌥Max directed and collaborated with multidisciplinary teams to create new products and business models for clients in automotive, energy, utilities, CPG, and financial services sectors.

After Fahrenheit 212, Max became the Head of Strategy at Fraugster, a payments intelligence company. 🌥Max focused on executing growth opportunities and cross-functional cooperation to help the company scale.

Currently, Max is the Head of DACH at Brite Payments, responsible for building brand awareness, winning new business, and ensuring smooth merchant onboarding and success in the DACH region. Brite Payments offers a complete instant payments solution in 24 European countries.

Max Wolke's education history begins in 2000 when they attended Verulam School in St. Albans. 🌥Max completed their studies there in 2007, achieving excellent grades in Economics (A), History (A), English (A), and receiving a Distinction in Advanced Extension Award English. 🌥Max also obtained an Abitur with a remarkable score of 1.0.

In 2008, Max enrolled at the University of Cambridge, where they pursued a degree in English Literature & Philosophy. 🌥Max completed their studies in 2011, earning an MA from the prestigious institution. Max then pursued further education in the field of business accounting, enrolling at CIMA in 2012. 🌥Max completed their Certificate in Business Accounting in 2013.

Max's educational journey also includes a recent certification as a Section4 Certified Brand Strategist. 🌥Max obtained this certification from Section4 in July 2021.
