Dhivya Swamidass

Dhivya Swamidass has been working in the HR field since 2004, starting as an Asst. Manager - Talent Management / HR at Aspire Systems. In 2013, they became an HR Consultant for Aspire Systems Inc. (for Synergita). In 2014, they were an HR Manager for AmeriCorp Health Care Group, Inc. In 2015, they were an HR Manager for Doyensys Inc. In 2017, they became an HR Leader for Rated2A, LLC. Most recently, in 2021, they were appointed as the Director of People and Culture at Brite Systems.

Dhivya Swamidass began their education in 1998, when they obtained their Bachelor of Engineering (BE) from Bharathiar University in Electronics and Communication Engineering. Dhivya then went on to pursue their MS (IT)/MBA from ITM Business School in Management and Business Administration / Information Technology, which they completed in 2004. Finally, in 2004, they obtained their Post Graduate Diploma in HRM from Pondicherry University in Human Resources Management.
