Wioletta Bykas-Darnowska is currently the Head of HR at Britenet and an Associate Lecturer at SGH Warsaw School of Economics. With a background in HR management, recruitment, and employee development, Wioletta has demonstrated a strong track record of building HR departments from scratch, implementing HR strategies aligned with business objectives, and creating engaging employee experiences. Throughout their career, Wioletta has actively participated in strategic business decisions, managed HR processes, and implemented programs to enhance employee engagement and satisfaction. Wioletta holds degrees in Social Prevention and Resocialization, Business Administration, Psychology, and HR Management.
