Hamish McVey has over 20 years of experience in marketing and brand strategy, currently serving as Director of Marketing at British Airways since June 2008. Key responsibilities include leading brand strategy, global marketing activities, and managing marketing communications across major markets. Previous roles at British Airways encompass Head of Product, Head of Brand and Customer Experience Design, and Head of Customer Innovation, where achievements include overseeing airport lounge developments and enhancing inflight customer experiences. Prior to British Airways, Hamish worked at T-Mobile UK in various brand management roles and at RS Consulting as a Research Executive. Hamish is also a member of the Executive Committee at ISBA, with a chair position commencing in March 2024. Academic qualifications include a BA in European Studies from the University of Bath.
