Kenny Groszman

Kenny Groszman currently serves as the Head of Integrated Ops & Optimisation at British Airways, a position held since November 2023. Prior experience includes serving as Senior Program Manager for Operational Excellence at Flexport from August 2022 to May 2023 and as a Research Fellow in Data Science, AI & ML at ResMed, where Kenny designed a patent-pending online ad targeting optimization engine. Earlier experience includes a role as a Consultant with Boston Consulting Group, focusing on digital and analytics initiatives across various industries. Kenny's research background includes work as a Synthetic Biology Researcher at Rice University's Department of Bioengineering and a summer researcher in the University of Florida's Department of Biological and Agricultural Engineering. Kenny holds an MBA and an SM in Operations Research from MIT Sloan School of Management, as well as a BA in Computational and Applied Mathematics from Rice University.
