Alberto Vega

Alberto Vega is an experienced legal professional specializing in corporate governance, compliance, and litigation. Currently serving as Head of Legal & Compliance for Mexico and Central America at BAT, Alberto previously held roles as Senior Commercial Legal & Compliance Manager for Latin America North & the Caribbean and Corporate Governance & Operations Senior Legal Manager at the same company. Prior to joining BAT, Alberto worked as Senior Associate Legal Counsel at De la Garza - Vega, Abogados, focusing on litigation and corporate law, and as Associate Legal Counsel at Martinez Arrieta Abogados. Alberto holds a Licenciatura en Derecho from Facultad Libre de Derecho de Monterrey and a Maestría in Derecho de la Empresa from Universidad Anáhuac.
