Kaspar Rasmussen

Kaspar Rasmussen is an experienced finance professional currently serving as the Finance Director and CFO for BAT Nordic Markets, overseeing operations in Denmark, Norway, Sweden, Finland, and the North Atlantic markets. With a career spanning over two decades, Kaspar has held various leadership positions within BAT, including Head of Commercial/Business Finance for South Europe and Finance Director for BAT Iberia, contributing significantly to the turnaround of business performance and strategic growth. Prior to joining BAT, Kaspar worked at Maersk Line in multiple senior roles, including Director of Strategy and Senior Director of Finance, where responsibilities included implementing key strategies and managing financial operations. Educational qualifications include an M.Sc. in Economics from the University of Copenhagen and completion of the High Performance Leadership Programme at IMD.
