Radu Neamtu

Radu Neamtu, MSc, currently serves as the Global Internal Audit Manager at BAT, where responsibilities include identifying significant risks and performing audit tests on controls. Previously, Radu held multiple roles at Uber, including Regional Customer Strategy & Operations Manager for Central & Eastern Europe, where Radu optimized onboarding activities and managed a diverse operational team across five countries. At GSK, Radu functioned as Global Supply Chain Project Manager, overseeing the implementation of a new global supply chain model, and also contributed as a Global Supply Chain Academy Learning Facilitator and EMEA Supply Chain Manager. Radu's educational background includes a Master of Science in Financial Economics from BI Norwegian Business School and a Master's degree in International Financial Risk Management from Academia de Studii Economice din București. Additional training was completed at Harvard Business School Online.
