John F. has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. John started their career at Timz Fitness Systems, where they served as a Partner/Director of Training Operations for nine years. During this time, John was responsible for managing and coordinating a team of personal trainers, developing training programs, and ensuring adherence to standard operating procedures.

After their tenure at Timz Fitness Systems, John joined CHG Healthcare as a Manager of Administrative Operations. Here, they managed training, housing, compliance, and administrative support functions, as well as external vendors. John also created and maintained the department's new hire orientation program.

John then transitioned to GE Healthcare, where they held multiple roles. As the Global Customer Solutions Manager and Functional Lean Six Sigma Blackbelt in the Surgery Service division, they managed product fulfillment specialists and ensured timely delivery of difficult-to-source or out-of-production parts globally. John also provided audit assistance and FDA remediation support. In their subsequent role as a Regional Service Coordinator, they coordinated programed maintenance and emergency service calls, developed and deployed training programs, and implemented standard operating procedures.

Continuing their career at Boart Longyear, John initially served as the Environmental Health Safety & Training Manager for Western Canada. In this role, they oversaw EHST compliance and reporting, supervised safety professionals, and managed employee credentialing and training. Later, as the Global Training Manager for Environmental & Infrastructure, John developed and deployed training programs in various locations. John also implemented a learning management system to assess compliance and record job competencies.

John then moved to Amazon, where they briefly worked as a Kaizen Promotion Officer. Their responsibilities included restructuring site-level processes, conducting seminars on DMAIC methodology and LEAN tools, and facilitating value stream mapping and Kaizen events.

Currently, John is employed by Swire Coca-Cola, USA. John initially served as a Senior Human Resources Project Manager, overseeing HRIS implementations and managing learning management, talent acquisition, and performance development systems. In their current role as Director, HRIS - Projects & Programs, John directs the HRIS team and manages system and data activities, compliance, external vendors, and budget. John also ensures the integrity and compliance of the learning management system.

Throughout their career, John has demonstrated strong leadership skills, expertise in process improvement, and a focus on compliance and training functions.

John F. obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Exercise and Sports Science - Exercise Physiology from the University of Utah from 1997 to 2000. In 2018 and 2019, they pursued a Graduate Certificate in Applied Project Management from Villanova University. John also holds additional certifications including Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) from the National Strength and Conditioning Association, Certified Personal Fitness Trainer - Health Fitness Instructor (CPFT-) from the American College of Sports Medicine, Black Belt Certification (BB) from GE Healthcare, and Six Sigma Lean Professional from the Management and Strategy Institute.
