Onindita Islam

Onindita Islam is a professional with a background in Economics and Development Studies. They have experience working in various organizations focusing on financial inclusion, gender equality, and program management. They have managed projects in the RMG sector and climate change space, supported women-focused financial inclusion initiatives, and designed financial literacy training for microfinance clients. Their work has included monitoring and evaluation, developing strategic partnerships, and leading national scale projects in Bangladesh. Currently, they hold the position of Senior Programmes Manager at British Asian Trust.
