Stacey Hines

Stacey Hines is the Chief Transformation Officer for British Caribbean Insurance Company Ltd. (BCIC), a role they have held since December 2022. In this position, they lead the organization's business and digital transformation efforts, collaborating on the development and execution of the company's transformation strategy and roadmap.

Additionally, Stacey is the Founder and CEO of Epic Transformation Ltd., where they create digital transformation programs and workshops to help individuals and businesses utilize technology for growth. Stacey founded the company in January 2022 and continues to serve in this role.

Prior to their current positions, Stacey held various leadership roles, including Chairman of DRT Communications Ltd. since August 2015 and Group Strategic Planner for ICD Group from August 2013 to December 2022. In their role at ICD Group, they provided strategic planning support to the senior management teams of all the subsidiaries and advised various boards on select strategic initiatives.

Stacey has also served as President of The Jamaica Computer Society from February 2020 to February 2022, where they transformed the organization to a greater level of relevance and sustainability. Stacey curated and hosted successful virtual business-technology events and secured significant sponsorship for the organization.

Additionally, Stacey has held advisory roles at AIM Educational Services since January 2015 and was Chairman of Lifespan Company Limited from January 2017 to March 2020. Stacey also served as Director at METEM & Associates from July 2013 to December 2017 and as Deputy Chairman of the Board at Startup Jamaica from May 2016 to November 2017. Furthermore, they were a Director at eGov Jamaica from October 2013 to April 2016.

Stacey Hines earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Computer Information Systems from Georgia State University between 1994 and 1998. Later, they pursued an MBA in International Business & Technology from AIU from 2000 to 2002. Additionally, they are currently studying Strategy for the CXO at the University of Cambridge, with an expected completion date in 2021. Stacey has obtained various certifications including Certified OKR Facilitator from WorkBoard Inc. in 2020, Influencer Interview: Oprah Winfrey from LinkedIn in 2019, Pragmatic Product Management and Pragmatic Marketing from Pragmatic Marketing in 2011. Stacey also holds a Change Management Certification from Prosci, although the year of completion is not specified.
