Karen Tindall has a diverse background with extensive experience in customer care and relations. Karen has held positions in the mortgage industry, real estate, and government sectors before joining BC Ferries in 1996. Currently, Karen serves as the Director of Customer Care at BC Ferries. Karen has also pursued further education, obtaining a degree in Advanced Leadership from the University of Victoria in 2009.
