Aaron Austria

Aaron Austria is an experienced professional with a diverse background in operations and sales management. Currently serving as the Cluster Resources Manager for the British Council since September 2015, Aaron has successfully set up the operational resourcing function within the SEA2 cluster, coaching staff and optimizing resources for examination delivery. Previous roles include Operations Manager and Examinations Services Executive at the British Council, Sales Merchandiser at Culina Pte Ltd, Sales Associate at Trek Bicycle, and Sales Engineer at Honda Philippines, where Aaron demonstrated expertise in sales growth, market analysis, and project management. Aaron holds a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering from both the University of the Philippines Los Baños and FEU Institute of Technology.
