Mohammad Moniruzzaman

Manager- Global Online Customer Support Hub at British Council

Mohammad Moniruzzaman is an experienced professional in customer service and management, currently serving as the Manager of the Global Online Customer Support Hub at the British Council since July 2016. Previous roles include Customer Service and Sales Manager at the British Council and a series of managerial positions at Le Méridien Hotels & Resorts, Radisson Blu Dhaka Water Garden, and Hotel de Crystal Crown, where expertise in guest services and operations excellence was demonstrated. Early in the career, Mohammad held the position of Program Coordinator at the Center for Development of the Poor (CDP). Academic qualifications include a Master of Business Administration with a focus on Marketing from the University of Dhaka, a Postgraduate Diploma in Human Resources Management from BiMS, and a Diploma in Data Modeling and Database Administration from Oracle Corporation, among other degrees.
