Atul Gulati

Atul Gulati is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in strategic management and commercial operations. Currently serving as the Strategy and Initiatives Manager at British Gas since September 2023, Atul previously held the role of Commercial Manager at WPD Smart Metering Limited, where leadership of a 15+ member team enabled successful post-merger integration and exceeded net profit targets. Prior to that, Atul made significant contributions at npower in various commercial roles, including Commercial Lead and Commercial Developer, optimizing investment decisions and pricing strategies. Early career experiences included consulting for NHS Northwest and roles in retail and apparel management. Atul holds an MBA in Strategy from Alliance Manchester Business School and advanced degrees in Apparel Marketing and Merchandising Management and Technology.
