Joanna Reeves

Joanna Reeves is a Senior Field Operations Manager at British Gas since August 2023, bringing extensive law enforcement experience from Lincolnshire Police, where a focus on fatal and serious injury collision investigations was key from June 2016 to August 2023, managing a team of 30 specialist officers. Prior to this role, Joanna served as a Detective Inspector managing over 40 staff in areas including cybercrime, covert operations, digital forensics, and serious fraud investigations, responsible for strategic oversight across multiple divisions. Earlier experience includes serving as a Police Sergeant at Cambridgeshire Constabulary from 2011 to 2014, where Joanna contributed to the redesign of police service delivery amidst budget constraints.
