Steven has held various key roles at British Gas, including Strategic Planning Manager, Aggregate Planning Manager, Head of Change Planning & Coordination, and Business Planning Manager. Prior to this, Steven was the SAP CRM Deployment Planning Manager and Senior Strategic Planning Analyst. Steven is responsible for driving outcomes and decisions related to operational strategic plans, Opex submissions, forecasting recruitment profiles, and labour strategy requirements. Steven has a strong background in managing contact centers, franchise relationships, and budget maintenance.
