Mary Mowat

Mary Mowat has extensive experience in marine geoscience and data management, currently serving as the Marine Geoscience Data Manager at the British Geological Survey since 2009. Prior to this role, Mary Mowat was the Marine Data Manager at the British Oceanographic Data Centre from 1998 to 2009. Mary Mowat holds a Master of Science (MSc) degree in Physical Oceanography from Bangor University (1996-1997) and a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Chemistry from The University of Edinburgh (1992-1996). Education was also completed at Kirkwall Grammar School.
