Andrew Jones

Andrew Jones is a Chartered MCIPD professional with a BA (Hons) in Business & Management with French and a Postgraduate Diploma in Personnel Management. Currently serving as Group HR Change Lead at MSC Mediterranean Shipping Company since July 2024, Andrew has extensive experience in human resources, including roles as National Judging Coordinator for British Gymnastics since April 2017 and Deputy Global HR Manager for MEDLOG Transport & Logistics from June 2023 to July 2024. Andrew's previous tenure at MSC Mediterranean Shipping Company spanned 16 years, during which roles included International HR Manager for Large Agencies, Regional HR Manager for Europe, and UK Head of HR. Responsibilities have encompassed managing end-to-end employee life cycles, designing and implementing HR strategies, and collaborating with organizational leaders on various HR matters across multiple countries.
