Holly Richards has a diverse work experience spanning several organizations. Holly started their career at Croydon College as a Marketing Executive, where they managed various projects and organized events. Holly then moved on to RNIB as a Legacy Marketing Officer, where they implemented and delivered legacy supporter stewardship programs. At The Children's Society, they served as a Legacy Development Officer and successfully recruited and increased legacy supporters through various marketing channels. Currently, Holly is working at the British Heart Foundation, holding various roles such as Head of Retention and Customer Journeys, Head of Planning and Operations, and Head of Fundraising Planning and Performance. Holly'sexpertise lies in legacy marketing, direct mail, tele, and online marketing.
Holly Richards holds an Undergraduate Certificate in Fashion Marketing from the London College of Fashion, University of the Arts London, earned in 2008. Prior to that, they obtained a 2:1 degree in History from the University of Exeter in 2007. Holly'seducational journey began at Chaucer Technology School from 2001 to 2003, where they achieved 5 A Levels at A and B grade in various subjects such as Law, History, English Literature, General Studies, and Geography.
