Lynne Tinsley is a seasoned professional in customer research and insight, currently serving as Senior Manager of Customer Research at the British Heart Foundation since May 2022. Previously, Lynne held significant roles at The National Lottery Community Fund as Head of Customer Insight and Senior Evaluation Manager at Blue Marble Research, where strategic research and community project funding were key focuses. Additional experience includes positions at Opinion Leader as Senior Research Executive and Women's Sport and Fitness Foundation as Insight and Innovation Manager, among others. Lynne possesses a BSc (Hons) in Politics from the University of Bristol, an Advanced Certificate in Market and Social Research from the Market Research Society, and an MSc in Social Research Methods from The Open University.
