Sarah Danes

Sarah Danes has over 25 years of experience in health, safety, and wellbeing management. Currently, Sarah serves as the Director of Wellbeing, Safety & Inclusion at the British Heart Foundation, a position held since October 2014, after progressing through various leadership roles in the organization. Prior to this, Sarah worked at Lincolnshire County Council for nearly a decade in roles including Strategic Risk Manager and Corporate Health & Safety Adviser. Additional experience includes serving as an Examiner for the NEBOSH Certificate and working as a Health & Safety Adviser at the University of Lincoln. Sarah's career began as a Safety & Training Advisor at Langness Management Services Limited.
