Beverley S.

Beverley S. serves as a Non-Executive Director focused on Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion at the British Horse Society since April 2022. In this role, Beverley provides expertise to enhance participation among diverse groups in the equestrian sector and influences key stakeholders in establishing best practices for engagement with diverse communities. Previously, Beverley co-chaired the Ethnically Diverse Employee Network at Essex County Council and contributed as an Organisation Development and Change Practitioner, promoting cultural and behavioral transformation within the council. With extensive experience in business development and learning and development, Beverley has held positions at The Curve Group, Activate Enterprise UK, Rocket Consultancy, Northampton College, and the Learning and Skills Council. Beverley’s education includes a Postgraduate Certificate in Organizational Behaviour from Birkbeck, University of London, and various certifications in change management and coaching.
