Charles Horne

Project Director at British Land

Charles Horne's work experience includes roles at various companies in the construction and development industry. Charles started their career at Fairclough Building in 1976 as a Site Manager, where they worked until 1983. Charles then moved on to Dove Brothers, where they served as a Contracts Manager from 1983 to 1989. In 1991, they joined Grosvenor as the Technical Director for London Development Projects, a role in which they led a team of Project Managers and oversaw the delivery of large complex development projects in central London. Charles Horne worked at Grosvenor for over 24 years before joining British Land in 2015 as a Project Director.

Charles Horne earned a Diploma from the College of Estate Management in Building Surveying from the University of Reading from 1990 to 1992. Prior to that, they attended St Albans College of Building from 1974 to 1978, where they obtained an OND/HNC in Building Construction Technology. Their education history also includes attending Ashmole School Southgate London from 1968 to 1973, although it is not specified if they obtained a degree or field of study from this institution.
