Keir Freestone

Keir Freestone has extensive experience in the real estate industry, with a focus on project management and development. Keir is currently working as a Project Director at British Land since June 2023. Prior to this, they worked as a Project Executive at British Land from September 2022 to June 2023. From 2017 to 2022, Keir worked at Gardiner & Theobald LLP, where they held various roles including Partner, Director, and Associate Director. Their responsibilities included leading consultant and employer's agent for hotel and aparthotel projects, as well as managing the development program and project managers. Before that, Keir worked at McCarthy & Stone as a Development Manager and at Paragon Community Housing Ltd. as a Development Manager and Project Manager. Keir also has experience as a Project Officer at Two Rivers Housing and as a Business Coordinator at CBRE, where they identified new business opportunities in the commercial real estate sector.

Keir Freestone obtained a Master of Science (MSc) and a Postgraduate Diploma in Surveying from the University of Reading, where they studied from 2008 to 2012. Keir Freestone also holds a certification as a Chartered Surveyor from RICS, which they obtained in June 2020. Additionally, they have an APMP certification from the Association for Project Management, although the exact month and year of obtaining this certification are unknown.
