Rob Barnard is an experienced operations and facilities manager with a demonstrated history of leadership in various sectors, including corporate and military environments. Currently serving as Operations Manager at British Land since September 2020, Rob previously held the roles of Facilities Manager at Incentive FM and General Manager at Sodexo, showcasing a strong emphasis on compliance with health and safety regulations as well as effective employee management.
