Sue Adams

Sue Adams is an experienced asset manager with a diverse background in managing shopping centres and property portfolios across the UK. Currently serving as the Asset Manager for British Land plc since June 2013, Sue oversees key projects including Ealing Broadway Shopping Centre and various other locations. Prior roles include Senior Associate Asset Manager at CBRE Global Investors and Consultant at Land Securities Trillium, where responsibilities encompassed maximizing net operating income, preparing business plans, and overseeing leasing and renewals. With a career spanning over three decades, Sue's expertise includes significant project developments and asset management roles at companies such as Delancey, Lend Lease, and Olives Property PLC. Sue holds an MRICS designation and degrees in Land Economy and Commerce from the University of Aberdeen and The University of Edinburgh, respectively.
